Plan

We carefully record your brief and communicate it back to you in architectural vignettes so you are sure we understand your needs from the start.

Your budget is agreed and checked against the design throughout the process.

A timeline is carefully planned with clear dates and all deliverables defined.

Design

Our design is based entirely on the brief recorded and sound architectural theory. Our strategy is clearly communicated through a series of idea sketches. You are encouraged to feedback and add to these ideas throughout the process.

We believe the design is always improved with good communication and input from all stakeholders.

Deliver

We are an essential component through the construction stages to deliver a home that matches your specification and achieves building code standards.

We assess all construction claims from the contractor to keep you in control of the building delivery.

We use the New Zealand Institute of Architects (NZIA) contracts recognised to protect the building owner from financial exposure while remaining fair to all parties.
